CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

The following business taxes are eligible to make credit card payments:

  • Employer Withholding
  • Sales & Use Tax
  • School District Employer Withholding

Please note, remitting a payment does not satisfy your filing requirement of the appropriate tax return.

In cooperation with the State of Ohio, Official Payments Corporation offers businesses the opportunity to pay taxes by telephone, over the Internet, or via the Ohio Business Gateway.

In order to process credit card payments, Official Payments Corporation, the credit card service provider, charges a service fee of 2.5% (or $1.00, whichever is greater) on the amount of the transaction.
