Real property tax abstracts are filed with the Tax Equalization Division annually by each county auditor. The attached self-extracting file is a compilation of the taxing district abstracts into school districts for all 88 counties in an easily usable DB4 file.

The file shows data by type of real property (residential, agricultural, industrial, etc.) for items such as new construction, reappraisal, and other changes in values for both land and buildings. When downloaded, the database will come with a readme.txt file that explains all of the variables it contains.
