Ohio eForms Registration - Business

There are three simple steps to register for Business eForms and to begin filing returns for your commercial activity tax (CAT) account and/or sales and use tax (SUT) account(s):

  • Complete user information - This step allows you to create a user name and password.
  • Add company information - This step allows you to add your company’s legal name and federal employee identification number (FEIN) or social security number (SSN). You may add one or more companies to your eForm registration.
  • Manage CAT account and/or SUT account(s) - This step allows you to add your CAT account and/or SUT account number(s).
